Our searches are optimized to locate and hire the most talented person anywhere. Often this means a candidate outside of extensive network of engineering executives. We team closely with the interviewing team to develop a consensus on the experience needed, job responsibilities and deliverables. How will success be measured and by who.

We help determine the technologies, companies, competitors, industry groups and academic institutions which can employ or lead us to our final candidate. This portion of the search goes far beyond the average search firm's research. The result is hiring the best person for the position vs. the best person we already knew.

The recruiter handles each search and only names research is outsourced. The recruiter directly upon referral makes every initial contact to the potential candidate. The recruiter leading the search works extremely close with the CEO or person driving the search, providing excellent service and up to the minute status. For most searches a set weekly conference call is used to monitor progress with our client.

Our job isn't locating great talent to tell them about your company, rather it's to sell them on your company. We still believe that in most cases the best person for the position will be happily employed, and not easily reached. We use our respected reputation and contacts to connect and sell your story. The process of selling continues through the closure of the search.
